 Event set-up

• 5 pm-9 pm on Friday, March 1, is the event set up. If you can volunteer to help, we would really appreciate it! Sign up here: 
• Teams who help set up the event will be allowed to practice on Friday on the official competition and skills fields. Friday.

 • 7:00am: Doors open

• 7:15 Volunteer Meeting in gym atrium

• 7:30am inspection begins, skills matches begin

• 8:00am: Coaches Meeting in gym atrium

• 8:30am: Inspection closes, skills matches pause

• 8:45am: Opening ceremony & Team Meeting

• 9:30am: Qualification matches begin, skills matches resume

• 12:30pm: Lunch, qualification matches pause

• 1:30pm: Qualification matches resume

• 3:30pm: Skills matches end for the event

• 4:30 pm: Qualification Matches end

• 4:45pm: Alliance selection

• 5:00 pm: Elimination tournament and awards ceremony
